Wiget will lead Augment Markets' SEC- and FINRA-regulated subsidiaries, overseeing the firm's investment advisory and broker-dealer operations.
Augment Markets, Inc. today announced the appointment of Cyrill Wiget as Chief Executive Officer of Augment Advisors and Augment Capital, the company's SEC- and FINRA-regulated financial services subsidiaries. Wiget will report jointly to Augment co-founders Noel Moldvai (CEO) and Adam Crawley (President) and will oversee all aspects of the firm's investment advisory and broker-dealer business.
Wiget joined Augment as Managing Director and has been the driving force behind the build-out of its regulated business. Prior to joining Augment, he held senior roles at UBS and Credit Suisse across multiple continents, with hands-on expertise in wealth and asset management that spans both strategy and operations. He has a track record of leading large, complex organizations where compliance and regulatory credibility are core operating requirements rather than support functions.
The appointment formalizes leadership of Augment's integrated investment advisory and broker-dealer business as the firm continues to scale globally. Together, Augment Advisors and Augment Capital provide the regulated foundation for Augment's pre-IPO secondary market platform — the infrastructure through which clients, counterparties, and regulators interact with the business every day.
